Exotic landscape design.

It is not a pool. It is a feeling.

There's landscaping...
and then there's world-building.

Most landscaping in Florida follows a formula. Lay the sod, plant some palms, add some mulch. The result is tidy and forgettable. A yard that could belong to anyone.

Tyler does something different. His 70/30 philosophy balances native Florida plants that thrive naturally with carefully chosen exotic species proven to handle coastal conditions. The landscapes he creates look like they were always there. Not installed. Not manicured. Grown.

That is the difference between decoration and design.

The Mark

The 70/30 philosophy.

70 percent of every landscape is built around native Florida species. Plants that belong here, that have adapted to the heat, salt, and rain. This anchors the environment to authenticity.

30 percent is built around exotic species sourced globally. Rare tropicals, specimen palms, and botanicals selected to create moments of surprise, contrast, and visual depth.

The result looks less installed and more inevitable.

The Three Elements

What we design and install.

A great outdoor environment should be a unified experience. Here is how integration works in practice.

Native plant integration.

Florida native species selected for resilience, seasonality, and ecological compatibility. Plants that thrive without fighting the climate.

Exotic species

Exotic species.

Rare tropicals, specimen palms, and exotic plantings sourced to create environments that go beyond the familiar. Selected due to their ability to thrive within the Gulf Coast.

Custom stonework.

Hand-placed natural stone pathways, retaining walls, and accent features. Each stone is chosen for form and placed for permanence.

Coral and natural features

Coral and natural features.

Authentic coral rock and natural material features unique to Florida's Gulf Coast. These elements give a landscape geological weight and character that no manufactured product can replicate.

Layered planting design.

Canopy, midstory, ground level, and accent plants working as a system. Every layer is considered. Every transition is intentional.

Landscape as part of the full vision.

Landscape is the connective tissue of the entire environment. It is what makes everything else feel real.

At Elements, the landscape comes to life concurrently with the pool, the hardscape, and the outdoor living spaces from day one.

Why Elements

Why Elements.

Tyler's 70/30 philosophy produces landscapes that look native, not decorated.

Stone, coral, and botanicals are sourced globally to create something that looks less installed and more inevitable.

Landscape is designed as part of the full outdoor vision, never as a separate scope.

Hardscape and softscape are planned together. One is never designed before the other.

Plant selection is maintenance-conscious and appropriate to Gulf Coast conditions.
