Who we are
The story of Elements is the story of people — our team, families, investors, communities all coming together to build a coastal life of beauty that lasts for generations to come. With over 15 years in custom waterfront building and tropical landscape design, we saw a need for a new way; a better way. A pool is a hole in the ground with water. It’s a commodity available at nearly every home on the Gulf Coast. At Elements, we honor imagination, steward the design process and utilize the natural elements of the earth to create something life-giving — a personalized oasis. It’s not a pool, but an immersive outdoor experience for a coastal life of beauty.
Our Team
Scott Eason
Scott Eason was born and raised on the west coast of Florida. After receiving his Bachelor of Science from the M.E. Rinker Sr School of Construction Management at the University of Florida, he began his career as an Assistant Project Manager with Willis Smith Construction in Sarasota, Florida.
Following his passion for the water and a desire to own his own company, Scott soon left and founded Eason Builders Group in 2011; specializing in residential construction and development of waterfront properties on Florida’s barrier islands. Scott is a Certified General Contractor, Certified Pool and Spa Contractor and a LEED Accredited Professional from the US Green Building Council
Tyler Lancaster
Many know Tyler Lancaster for his energy and rigor on the job-site. Born and raised in Texas, he brings a special commitment and perspective to every exotic landscape developed by his company, Lancaster Designs. In a short span of time, he has become a top-rated landscape designer on the gulf coast. His team is known as the “coral kings” who have developed a reputation for implementing exotic natural elements into their projects.
He has worked on projects of all shapes and sizes alongside the top builders in Florida. His strikezone is a blank canvas with creative freedom. He is passionate about working with exotic plants and stones from all over the world.
Kimberly Wilmot
Project Coordinator
Kimberly was born and raised in Florida, where she earned her Bachelor's degree in 2018. Living in St. Petersburg for the last 8 years, she worked for a real estate attorney, handling small business starts-ups and real estate closings. With the desire to change career paths, Kimberly moved to Longboat Key to work for Eason Builders Group in 2021. With Eason's sister company rapidly expanding, Kimberly handles permitting, manages construction and scheduling for Elements Pools and Spas. In her free time Kimberly enjoys traveling, yoga, and weekends on the boat.
